Monbulk Primary School has set up this program to cater for the needs of primary school aged children and their families in the Monbulk Community.
The Service operates before and after school during the school term.
ANY child enrolled in our school can attend Monbulk Primary School Out of Hours Service, whether this be on a full time, part time, or casual basis.

The service aims to meet the recreational, social and developmental needs of children, as well as their families requirements for childcare.

Before School        7.30am-8.45am

After School           3.30pm-6.00pm
                                Afternoon Tea Supplied

We offer care for prep children when they finish early at the start of the prep year.

How Much does it Cost?

Before School Cate

$6.00
(this amount is reduced depending on your CCB entitlement)

After School Care

$10.00
(this amount is reduced depending on your CCB entitlement)

Late Pick-Up Fee

6.00-6.15pm = $5.00
6.15pm-onwards = $10.00 per 15 minutes

Prep Early Finish

$3.00 1.30pm-2.30pm
$6.00 1.30pm-3.30pm
$10.00 1.30pm-6.00pm

Childcare Benefit (CBB)

Childcare Benefit is available to all families to help with the cost of childcare.
It is paid on behalf of families directly to the service so it can reduce the fees you must pay.

To apply for Childcare Benefit all you need to do is ring the Family Assistance Office. They will determine your level of entitlement for CCB. This entitlement is expressed as a percentage. The percentage is higher for low income families, up to 100% for one child in care and more for two children in care.
