Dear Parents
To assist us with our planning, Monbulk Primary School is calling for enrolments for the year 2007.
We are currently operating 9 grades, with an approximate enrolment of 187 children. School council has maintained its policy of small grades.
Monbulk Primary School will provide your child with a rich and expansive Prep year, a year we believe to be one of the most important in their educational life.
Physical Education, a Perceptual Motor Program, Music, Library and Art all enhance the classromm program.
We also offer a Before and After School Care Program. A School Holiday Program runs on Curriculum days when numbers permit.
To enrol your child at Monbulk primary School in the year 2007, please complete the attached form and return it to the school secretaries, Mrs. Jean McVicar/Mrs. Sandy Meyers as soon as possible to enable us to determine staff and grades, thereby ensuring a smooth start to your child's education.
Our Transition Program for the children will take place throughout Term 3 & 4. Details of these occasions will be mailed to you.
An information Night for parents of children enrolled in Prep in 2007 will be held in November.
Please note your child must turn 5 bu 30th April 2007 to be eligible to start school. a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and an Immunisation Status Certificate otained from the Shire should be presented at the office prior to your child starting school.
